For more than 25 years, I've helped consumer products, fashion and retail businesses grow, transform and prepare for their next stage of development.

Throughout my career, I've worked with founder-led businesses as well as global brands including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Crocs, Puma, Mexx and OLAF, leading international teams and driving business performance across General Management, Business Operations, Commercial Execution and Transformation.

Whether it's scaling an organization, improving operational performance, implementing ERP or AI, or bringing more structure to commercial execution, my role is always the same: helping leadership teams turn ambition into sustainable results.
